Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for lateral and campus hiring.
- Managing end-to-end campus recruitment processes, including onboarding and enhancing candidate experience.
- Auditing and improving existing recruitment processes to ensure robustness.
- Leading employer branding initiatives at educational institutions through various programs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
- Ensuring adherence to performance management timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Masters of business administration in Human Resources.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring across educational institutions and lateral positions, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Collaborative team player with high integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
