Responsibilities:
1. Developing monthly sales and marketing plans for all funnel stages and tracking targets.
2. Designing and maintaining metrics, reports, dashboards, and analyses for actionable business insights.
3. Evaluating marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels for ROI improvement.
4. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize performance and design data-driven strategies.
5. Automating manual processes and implementing platforms for seamless data access.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering from a Tier 1 institute.
2. 3-5 years of marketing analytics experience, preferably in consumer tech, analytics, or e-commerce.
3. Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.
4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently assess marketing ROI.
5. Strong communication skills to influence and collaborate across all levels of stakeholders.
