PPC/SEM Specialist - 4+ Years - Mohali

We are seeking an experienced PPC/SEM Specialist to join the team. The ideal candidate will bring 4-7 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media. This role involves developing and executing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions, with a focus on continuous optimization.

Location: Mohali (Work from office, 5 days a week)

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and social media, ensuring a robust and effective presence across channels.
2. Conduct in-depth keyword research, implement bidding strategies, and continuously optimize ad copy for better performance.
3. Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze results, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
4. Manage PPC campaign budgets efficiently, ensuring effective spend and maximizing return on investment.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 4 years of core experience in managing PPC campaigns, with expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
2. Google Ads certification is highly preferred.
3. Strong analytical abilities and experience with tools like Google Analytics for performance tracking.
4. A deep understanding of SEM principles and digital marketing strategies.
