Responsibilities
- Define and execute data and AI strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, stakeholders) to deliver results.
- Ensure compliance with global financial regulations & security policies.
- Implement Agile & DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, TDD, BDD) for efficient delivery.
- Identify risks, solve complex problems, and ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
12-14 years of experience in project/product management, data management, and business analysis.
Hands-on experience with Azure, version control (GIT, TFS, SVN), and Agile frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication.
Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or risk management (preferred).
Prince2, APMP, or Agile certification (a plus)
