Location:- Gurgaon
Your Future Employer: - A prestigious multinational insurer with a 300-year legacy, spanning Europe, UK, Ireland, and Luxembourg with a presence in India as well.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing comprehensive Test Plans, Cases, and Data aligned with customer and product requirements.
Documenting and communicating QA processes, ensuring team adherence to established procedures.
Proposing and establishing quality procedures, standards, and specifications for the QA team's optimization.
Generating detailed test progress status and reports using TestRail, disseminating to key stakeholders for transparency.
Executing manual and automated tests, collaborating cross-functionally, and actively contributing to Agile Scrum ceremonies for seamless integration and defect resolution.
Requirements:
2-5 years of Software Testing experience, including proficiency in QA methodologies and tools.
Essential Insurance background, with Digital Claims experience advantageous.
Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient in software QA processes, with test automation experience considered a plus.
