Hiring Immediately Available Talent Acquisition professionals with 8+ years of experience in End to End Recruitment- with experience working on BFSI mandates/positions.

Responsibilities:
1. Managing complete life cycle of recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitate offer process, post offer engagement).
2. Sourcing and recruiting various talents across various functions and levels.
3. Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates.
4. Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates as well as recruitment partners on recruiting status
5. Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Requirements:
1. A Bachelors degree in any field.
2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
3. Should have experience working on BFSI mandates.
4. Immediately Available candidates will be preferred.
