We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Head for Cash Management Services to lead our client's sales efforts. In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships with BFSI and organized retail clients, while driving revenue growth in the cash management sector.
Your Future Employer:is a leading provider of innovative cash management solutions, delivering services such as cash pick-ups, deliveries, and deposit machines to a wide array of clients across sectors.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing regional sales strategies to meet revenue and market share targets.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with BFSI and organized retail clients.
Leading a regional sales team, ensuring high performance and goal achievement.
Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through market research.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitoring market trends and competitive activities to effectively position our offerings.
Preparing and presenting performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with a focus on cash management services.
Strong networking within the BFSI sector and organized retail.
Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver results.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
