We are seeking a talented Research Analyst / Senior Research Analyst to join our Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) team at a leading sell-side Investment Banking firm based in Pune. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automations for recurring tasks and quantitative models.
- Support the design, back-testing, and rebalancing of investment strategies.
- Monitor and analyze investment strategy performance against benchmarks.
- Create and maintain data-driven applications and dashboards.
- Develop APIs/Web services for data integration and communication.
- Optimize machine learning models and manage version control with DevOps tools.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in process automation and data analytics, preferably in finance.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or R; strong SQL skills.
- Experience with managing large databases, developing dashboards, and UI applications.
- Knowledge of machine learning models and APIs.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Bitbucket, and Jira.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical abilities.
