We are seeking a dynamic sales leader to scale our client's motor insurance business through telecalling and enterprise sales, while ensuring cash flow and process compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Scaling the motor insurance business across telecalling and enterprise channels.
- Developing business accounts with a monthly premium target of ₹25 lakhs or more.
- Ensuring adherence to processes and optimizing cash flow and margins.
- Managing healthy cash flow between clients, the company, and insurance providers.
- Reviewing and improving sales processes through technology and automation.
- Identifying value-added product opportunities based on market demand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field with 10+ years of experience in motor insurance sales or business development.
- Experience working in various geographies and managing telecalling or enterprise sales channels.
- Strong technical knowledge of motor insurance and sales processes.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and support teams.
- Ability to manage cash flow, margins, and sales processes effectively.
