SCADA Engineer
Location- Gurugram-Bangalore-Hyderabad-Mumbai
Summary- Join a transformative team in Utilities Grid Operations, focusing on Power, Gas, and Water. Lead complex projects and engage with clients to deliver high-performance outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Grid Operations for Utilities (Power/Gas/Water).
- Utilize advanced grid applications (e.g., demand forecasting, energy management).
- Define solutions for complex projects and contribute to program success.
- Manage large-scale programs to deliver digitally enabled solutions.
- Identify and cultivate client relationships for business growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on system integration expertise.
- Drive business readiness and deployment activities.
- Lead teams in thought leadership, solutioning, and demand management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years in T&D Utilities with focus on Grid Operations; 3+ years with operational tech systems (e.g., SCADA, ADMS) and 1 year in Field Operations.
- Education: MBA (Tier 1) or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Utilities and Grid Operations.
- Hands-on experience with T&D systems.
- Program management experience in complex projects.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Additional: Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the Utilities sector is a plus.
