Senior Associate - Corporate Credit Research - 4+ Years - Mumbai
Seeking for a credit research professional who can closely with Portfolio Managers and Senior Research Professional. The incumbent will be providing fundamental research support to buy-side clients. Someone who has strong understanding of financial concepts and responsible for managing multiple clients and help craft client solutions, will be a right fit for this role!

Role and Responsibilities
- Support global asset managers in their investment decisions regarding US and European loans and bonds by conducting thorough credit research.
- Develop and maintain various deliverables, including financial models, screeners, and research notes for the companies and industries being analyzed.
- Perform detailed analysis of capital structures and covenants to provide insights into credit risks.
- Summarize earnings, evaluate credit outlooks, and provide comprehensive assessments of investment opportunities for covered companies.
- Effectively communicate research findings and ideas to clients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Manage multiple clients and stakeholders while handling multiple assignments with strict deadlines.
- Lead a team of analysts in conducting thorough credit research, contributing to the growth and expansion of the research practice.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years of work experience in Credit Research
- Exposure to US/European capital markets
- Deep understanding of capital/corporate structure and various debt documents such as credit agreements and bond indentures
- Experience in writing reports
- Strong excel modelling and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to independently execute assignments under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
