Senior Associate – Loan Servicing and Structured Finance - 5+ years - Hyderabad

Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Senior Associate to join our structured finance team. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of loan servicing, securitization, loan syndication, credit monitoring, and tranching. This role operates from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM to accommodate global business operations and client needs.

Responsibilities:
- Loan Servicing and Syndication: Manage and oversee the loan servicing process, including documentation, disbursements, and compliance.
- Securitization and Structured Finance: Support in the structuring and execution of securitization transactions. Assist in managing the lifecycle of structured finance deals.
- Credit Monitoring: Monitor the credit performance of underlying assets in structured finance transactions. Perform ongoing analysis and reporting.
- Tranching and Covenants: Assist in the structuring and monitoring of tranches within securitization deals. Ensure compliance with covenants and regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership (Desirable): Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Facilitate knowledge sharing and contribute to team development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in loan servicing, securitization, or structured finance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team handling experience would be advantageous for this role.
