Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner with colleagues on executive search projects, pitch preparation, business development, and knowledge management.
- Recommend strategic approaches and develop target company lists through market research.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize potential candidates using internal and external resources.
- Manage project teams throughout the search process to drive strategy and deliver client solutions.
Requirements:
- Prior 3+ experience in a management consulting firm or executive search is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to lead assignments independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with intellectual curiosity and a strategic mindset.
- Results-driven and able to collaborate effectively with global teams.
