Senior Manager - Business Finance - Supply Chain - 3+ Years - Pune
Our client is looking to hire a skilled professional for our Supply Chain Business Finance team, with strong business finance expertise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, with the ability to analyze and optimize cost structures within the supply chain. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive financial performance across supply chain operations. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and mitigating risks that impact financial outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Budgeting – Develop the annual budget, oversee the forecasting process, conduct variance analysis, and provide support for business strategy.
- Commercial Finance Management – Work closely with the sales team to analyze customer and product profitability.
- Performance Monitoring – Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, and oversee working capital, inventory levels, and cost control measures.
- Business Partnering – Lead cross-functional initiatives, offering strategic insights on financial implications.
- Systems and Processes – Enhance financial systems and processes, adopt best practices, and utilize technology to automate routine tasks.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant with over 3+ years of professional experience., should have handled supply chain finance roles in business finance domain
- Prior experience in FMCG or Retail industries or ecommerce logistics is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Shared P&L responsibility with business and FP&A heads.
- Provide accurate financial and operational analysis to support business leaders in making informed decisions, while promptly highlighting risks and opportunities
