We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Client Account Lead - Utilities - Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for professionals with a background in the utility industry to lead and drive client success in an ever-evolving digital landscape. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape strategies that help clients optimize their operations, enhance sustainability, and navigate the digital transformation within the utilities sector.

Responsibilities
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative energy solutions, expand service offerings, and drive business growth.
- Lead the development and implementation of renewable energy platforms to improve client access to clean energy solutions.
- Partner with Commercial and Industrial customers to strategize and optimize sales channels, ensuring alignment with their sustainability and energy efficiency goals. Co-develop sustainability strategies and digitalization roadmaps to guide clients through their energy transformation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring solutions align with both technical and commercial needs to maximize impact.
- Foster partnerships with industry stakeholders, encouraging collaboration and knowledge sharing to advance renewable energy initiatives.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the Power & Utility industry with deep expertise in industry, digital, and technology trends.
- Proven track record in client relationship management at the C-suite level or experience in senior management roles within the industry.
- Over 11 years of experience in consulting and account management, with a preference for domestic consulting experience.
- Experience working in a consulting firm is preferred, along with a strong background in collaborating with C-level executives at client organizations.
