Responsibilities:
- Developing strategic solutions to customer requirements based on current capabilities.
- Managing tasks, customers, and projects independently.
- Assisting the sales team with proposals, defining SOPs and SLAs.
- Analyzing trends to derive actionable insights for business improvement.
- Ensuring adherence to defined processes and managing escalations.
- Assisting in hiring and onboarding top talent.
- Supporting and grooming newly promoted team leads.
- Enhancing the current SOWs and SOPs in collaboration with clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience in an outsourcing or operational management role.
- Proven experience in an outsourcing environment, managing dispersed teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills across different stakeholder levels.
- Experience in supply chain processes is a plus.
- Ability to develop and maintain operational processes.
- Proficient in managing client relationships and addressing escalations.
