Senior Manager- Finance Operations- Accounts Payable- 8+ Years- Gurugram
We are looking for a dedicated professional with over 8 years of experience in Finance Operations. If you have a strong background in Insurance or Banking & finance, and have worked on payouts, managed reconciliations, accounts payables, monthly closing & accounting, then we would love to hear from you.
Location: Gurugram

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the finance operations team
- Reviewing of all Bank A/c reconciliation & ensure closure of open items
- Managing Insta payouts to Individual & Group Policyholders
- Implementing cross functional Six Sigma Quality Projects & Real time bank integration
- Monthly closing & accounting, Quarterly/annual Stat Audit
- Building adequate checks and controls ensuring no signification observations from Internal Audits conducted around payment processes
- Dealing with IRDA Audits, Compliances & reporting of data, reports etc. with aim to have Nil observation
- Managing Audits, Compliances & Reporting
- Managing Bank relationship and reconciliation process
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in finance operations
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Any postgraduate; CA & MBA preferred
