Senior Manager - Service Quality Excellence – Black Belt Certified- 7+ years – Gurugram

An exciting Job opportunity for a professional having black belt certification & holding 10+ years of experience in executing Quality management projects, high impact strategic, transformational projects using suitable six-sigma methodology.

Location: Gurugram

Responsibilities:

  1. Mentor Lean Six Sigma BB/GB projects for improving process efficiency, revenue, cost save/avoidance.

  2. Facilitating change & stakeholder management as part of transformational programs and improvement projects

  3. Project management through robust governance, review structure and dash boarding to Sr. leadership, Sponsor, Champion and CFTs.

  4. Work with project teams for representing the function/organization in various external/internal Quality Competitions like CII, ASQ

  5. Conduct internal/external benchmarking and in-sighting for best practice identification and replication  

  6. Process identification, documentation and managing version controls

  7. Regular process gap analysis with business teams with solution identification and monitoring to ensure deployment

  8. Building and measuring Quality – DNA through optimum trainings and other initiatives (Trainings include Yellow Belt, GB, BB, Basic Tools etc.)

 Requirements:

  1. Minimum 7+ years’ work experience as a Quality Consultant with organizations in Insurance and Insurance Broking, Human Capital Benefits, Banking, Financial Services

  2. Excellent project management skills

  3. Black Belt Certified is a must, with extra weight age on the number of projects completed.

  4. Certified Black Belt experience with knowledge of Minitab/R/other statistical analysis tools is Mandatory for Chief Manager Role.

  5. Experience in design thinking, RPA and methodologies other than DMAIC will be preferred
