Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global HRSS teams to identify process improvement opportunities
- Analyze HR operational processes and identify areas for optimization
- Drive process standardization and automation initiatives
- Develop and maintain process documentation and operating procedures
- Provide support for HRSS systems and tools
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
- Good understanding of HR systems and tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
