Senior Specialist - Property& Casualty Insurance Ops -7 years of Experience - Bangalore

Shift Timings: 6:00PM - 3:30AM/ 9:00PM-5:45AM
Working Model: Hybrid
Location- Bangalore

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Regional Sales Operations Leaders, Producers, and Sales Teams to manage business books, schedules, and reports.
- Provide product-specific sales support, and enrich WIN (Sales Force) data with accurate information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Utilize tools like Zoom Info and Intent Signals to supply key data to Producers, enhancing their strategic decisions.
- Play a critical role in onboarding new and renewing clients, ensuring all essential documents are processed for binding activities.
- Oversee end-to-end support for sales cycle services, participating in prospect and renewal review meetings.
- Serve as a bridge between Producers and Global Center of Excellence ( service teams, ensuring timely fulfillment of service requests.
Requirements:
- 7+Years in Property & Casualty Insurance with a strong operational background.
- Experience in interacting with onshore clients/stakeholders (virtual/in-person) is beneficial.
- Preference is someone with hands-on experience on Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
