Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the ServiceNow platform roadmap, consulting with architects and service owners to plan enhancements and changes.
- Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure high-quality solution delivery. Manage system upgrades and ensure thorough testing and quality assurance.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, provide regular updates, and gather feedback through demos and consultations.

Requirements:
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow as an Enterprise platform lead or Product Owner. Proven track record in end-to-end product management across ITSM, project, programme, and portfolio.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ability to lead through influence, and strong technical knowledge to debate solutions and work sizing.
