Responsibilities
Managing, administering ,maintaining and improving HRMS processes and systems
Troubleshooting and resolving HRMS issues
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support HRMS projects and enhancements
Ensuring data integrity and accuracy in HR systems
Providing technical support and training to end-users
Requirements
2+ years of experience in HRMS
Strong understanding of HRMS(Darwin, SAP, Oracle) processes and systems
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience in system implementation, project implementation, system automation and HR transformation
Good communication skills and attention to detail
