Your future Employer- Your future employer is a global leader in business process management and IT services, offering solutions across industries like finance, healthcare, and insurance. It focuses on digital transformation, leveraging analytics, automation, and cloud technologies to optimize operations and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot 600+ physical and virtual servers.
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows clusters, DHCP, DNS services, and Hardware RAID.
- Handle servers across multiple OS flavors.
- Track server activity and perform software upgrades.
- Troubleshoot server hardware and document processes.
- Apply ITIL practices and ensure networking fundamentals are in place.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of server administration experience.
- Experience with server hardware troubleshooting, Windows clusters, DHCP, and DNS services.
- Knowledge of ITIL and networking fundamentals.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Experience with Hardware RAID configuration.
- Willing to work 24/7 shifts from Pune.
