Strategy Manager - Bancassurance – 2-4 Years – Mumbai
We are looking for a strategic and innovative partner for our Bancassurance team in Mumbai, with 2-4 years of experience in strategic consulting and a solid understanding of the general insurance industry. The ideal candidate should be located in India and have a strong background in insurance strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Building and nurturing strategic relationships with key bancassurance partners in Mumbai.
- Working alongside internal teams to create and execute strategic plans aimed at driving business growth.
- Assessing market trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements to pinpoint new business opportunities.
- Offering strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to enhance business performance.
- Communicating and negotiate effectively with external partners to ensure successful collaboration.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in strategic consulting or a similar role
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and bancassurance is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
