Team Lead / Advisor – Private Client Group (HNI Sales)

Location - Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad)

Summary -
We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our Private Client Group as a Team Lead, overseeing a team of HNI sales advisors. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing a high-performing team, along with expertise in wealth management and financial advisory.

Responsibilities -

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HNI sales advisors, ensuring they achieve their individual and team sales targets.

  2. Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition, retention, and relationship management within the HNI segment.

  3. Drive team performance through regular coaching, performance reviews, and constructive feedback.

  4. Collaborate with senior management to align team objectives with the overall business goals.

  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and enhance product offerings.

  6. Ensure all team activities comply with regulatory and internal policy standards.

  7. Organize and participate in networking events, seminars, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.

Requirements -

  1. 7-10 years of experience in wealth management, HNI sales, or financial advisory roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

  2. Strong knowledge of investment products, such as mutual funds, insurance, and equities.

  3. Proven track record in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  5. MBA/PGDM in Finance or related field is preferred; certifications such as CFP, CFA, or NISM are advantageous.

  6. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
