Summary
We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in the BPO/KPO industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of documented experience as a Team Leader and must currently hold the position of Team Leader. Additionally, the candidate should have experience managing 15-20 FTEs and must come from an international non-voice background.
