Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring smooth operation and optimization of technical systems.

  2. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently.

  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and address technical needs.

  4. Maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations and resolutions.

  5. Staying updated with industry trends and evaluating emerging technologies.

  6. Participating in on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  2. 1-2 years of experience in MySQL database management.

  3. Proficiency in Linux commands and Windows environments.

  4. Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios and ticketing systems like JIRA/ClickUp.

  5. Strong problem-solving skills and fluency in English.
