Design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications
Lead business process integration for Customer Service and Sourcing & Procurement
Develop custom applications with JavaScript
Conduct system upgrades and technical support
Train and mentor team members
Requirements:
2-4 years of ServiceNow experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications
Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, JS, CSS, SQL/MongoDB
