About the role

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who will play a key role within engineering and drive programs that span across the organization. You will be responsible for the successful definition, cross-functional strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale technology programs that help to solve complex problems of the logistics industry.

Key responsibilities

 

Drive multiple large-scale technical projects, working cross-functionally with a product manager, designers, software development team, business operations, marketing, legal and external partners across the organization to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery.

Own and maintain consistent use of project management tools across teams

 

Define and implement cross-team processes to improve efficiency and delivery (SDLC), define metrics to measure and monitor efficiency and effectiveness of the processes, and drive adoption across organizations

Document the progress of tasks to identify and manage risks and dependencies across multiple projects

 

Preferred qualifications:

5+ years of experience in a software engineering role and at least 3 years of delivery management experience in the product organization

 

You are not satisfied with just delivering a program on time—you are discerning about product/infrastructure architecture and obsessed with quality, reliability & correctness.

You have strong written and verbal communication skills, build strong relationships with stakeholders and teams around the organization

Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale platforms, infrastructure, and organizations

Technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers User-driven approach to building delightful products users love

Intellectually curious, self-motivated, a fast learner with a strong bias for action
