Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive Trade Marketing Strategy tailored to the brands within the assigned geography.
Create and manage a trade marketing calendar aligned with the business strategy.
Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, vendors, and partners to optimize the effectiveness of trade programs.
Design and oversee promotional programs for retailers and Large Format Retail Stores (LFRs).
Formulate and execute trade schemes for wholesalers and retailers at regional levels; assess and report on business growth and Return on Investment (ROI).
Enhance product placement and share of shelf space in collaboration with retailers and merchandisers.
Organize dealer and wholesaler meetings in strategic locations to maximize brand impact and market penetration.
Coordinate brand participation in significant events such as music festivals and marathons.
Requirements
7-8+ years of experience in a trade marketing role, preferably within Consumer electronics, FMCG, Airtime, or Personal Care industries.
MBA from a reputed institution.
Extensive industry knowledge and a robust network of contacts.
Proven ability to develop strategic relationships within the marketing agency community.
Experience managing Pan-India operations or significant regional responsibilities.
