Senior Vice President/Vice President – Legal
Seeking an 10+ years experienced Legal Professional having experience in managing the legal aspects for M&A transaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing contracts specific to share purchase agreement in private equity business and investment banking.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing the contracts for share purchase agreements and tax related treaties
Drafting, Negotiating and Executing the Share Purchase Agreement in M&A transactions
Managing and identifying transactional advisory opportunities in private equity and investment banking space
Handling and manging the legal aspects of Insurance and Risk Management due diligence projects
REQUIREMENTS
10+ years of experience over all specific experience of 6+ years in dealings specific to investment banking & private equity space in domestic or international markets in M&A team
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in law.
Managing M&A insurance aspects like Warranties and Indemnities policy, Tax Liability policies.
Should have strong hold on multi jurisdiction M&A laws including Double Taxation Treaty provisions
Excellent communication and legal advisory skills
