AM / Manager – Private Equity – 7+ years

Responsibilities
- Understand and manage private equity and debt fund structures, including SPVs, master-feeder funds, and investor classes (GP, carry, affiliated/non-affiliated).
- Record investor commitments and handle accounting for initial, subsequent, and late closings.
- Process capital activities such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches; prepare related notices and schedules.
- Finalize books of accounts and record all trading and non-trading transactions.
- Prepare NAVs and economic allocations, apply waterfall methodologies, compute fees, carried interest, and performance ratios; manage fund and investor reporting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
- 7–12 years of experience in Financial Services/Capital Markets, with minimum 5 years in Private Equity or Financial Reporting.
- Global work exposure across cross-functional/matrix teams.
- Strong experience in managing organizational change and working in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, proactive approach, and team orientation.
