Analyst - HRIS - 3+years - Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai

An excellent opportunity for someone having atleast 3 years of experience in HRIS.

Location – Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai

Responsibilities-

  • Collaborate with HR teams to gather data requirements and develop accurate reports and dashboards using Oracle BI applications.
  • Ensure data integrity, supporting compliance and quality standards.
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses for HR projects and initiatives.
  • Enhance reporting processes to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Contribute to HRIS system upgrades and maintain clear communication with stakeholders on data needs.

Requirements-

  • 8+ years in machine learning, preferably in Banking, Insurance, or Pharma.
  • Proven project leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field preferred

What is in it for you-

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience with Oracle BI (OTBI, BI Publisher, OAC), iCIMS, or similar systems.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Preferred: Oracle Cloud reporting experience and HR/HRIS knowledge.
