Area Sales Manager - Consumer Durables - 3+ years - Jaipur

Location: Jaipur

Responsibilities: 

1. Driving sales through distributors and direct dealers across designated geographies.
2. Expanding business by identifying market opportunities and launching new products.
3. Ensuring distribution coverage across critical towns, filling gaps in the network by onboarding distributors and dealers.
4. Managing and mentoring a team to implement action plans, enhancing zone-wise performance.
5. Optimizing inventory and stock planning in collaboration with supply chain managers.
6. Designing and monitoring local sales promotion schemes to maximize impact.
7. Taking initiatives to streamline sales processes, distribution, and branch operations.
8. Handling customer complaints efficiently and ensuring timely closure.
9. Preparing detailed MIS reports, tracking expenses, and overseeing claim settlements.

Requirements:

1. MBA with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
2. Fluency in the local language with a willingness to travel extensively.
3. Proven track record in driving sales and managing distribution channels.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvements.
