Summary
We are seeking an experienced Global Production Planning Lead to establish and manage a production planning function. This role will integrate and control raw material blend plans across India calcining operations, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.

Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the global production planning function, overseeing raw material blend plans across both USA and India calcining operations.
- Evaluate Green Pet Coke (GPC) sourcing options, providing recommendations to Pocurement and Production teams to optimize raw material costs while meeting CPC quality standards and specifications.
- Develop long-term production blend plans, including the timeline for procurement and delivery of GPC shipments to ensure in-spec CPC production and meet customer delivery schedules.
- Create optimal blend schedules and recipes for petcoke blending at calcination plants.
- Monitor GPC inventories, ensuring availability of raw materials to meet production blend plans and maintain advanced LP modules for planning, economic evaluation, and predictive calculations.
- Oversee calcination unit production rates and manage petcoke inventory to align with pipeline schedules.
Qualification
· Strong experience in production planning, ideally within the petcoke or energy sector.
· Expertise in evaluating raw material sourcing, optimizing costs, and meeting product specifications.
· Proven track record of working with global teams and managing production operations across multiple regions.
· Knowledge of SAP and advanced production planning tools.
· Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a global team.
