We are looking for a professional having 7+ years of experience into NON -IT hiring specifically into Investment banking/financial services
Location- Mumbai (Powai)

Managing end-to-end recruitment for niche roles in Market Research, Investment Banking, and related domains.
Sourcing, screening, and select top candidates using various methods, including headhunting and networking.
Partnering with hiring managers to meet their staffing needs effectively.
Conducting offer negotiations and manage onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Staying updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
Requirements:
7+ years of recruitment experience in Market Research, BFSI, or Analytics.
Strong understanding of the industry and a proven track record in hiring niche roles.
Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills
