- Leading the Business Finance and FP&A function, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive continuous improvement
- Preparing executive-level presentations and reports to communicate financial performance and key insights
- Mentoring and developing a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Requirements:
- CA Qualified.
- Proven experience in Business Finance and FP&A, with strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of driving impactful financial initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and advanced Excel skills.
