- Oversee and manage real estate projects from inception to completion
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets

Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in real estate, with a strong background in project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering real estate projects on time and within budget
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of local real estate regulations and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, or related field
