Responsibilities
- Lead and manage medium to large scale projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and implementation plans
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and resolving any issues or risks
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing project management methodologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus
