We are seeking a professional Candidate who is responsible for leading and executing initiatives related to commercial banking data transformation, Generation AI (Gen AI), analytical capabilities, banking automation, and operational projects.

Role & Responsibilities :
- SME in commercial banking Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop strategic roadmaps for leveraging banking data, Gen AI, and analytical capabilities.
- Define and prioritize initiatives to enhance banking automation and operational efficiency. Technical Expertise:
- Provide subject matter expertise in commercial banking data management, including data acquisition, cleansing, integration, and governance.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract insights and drive decision-making. Project Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of banking automation solutions and operational enhancements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery within scope and quality standards.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Serve as the SME in commercial banking in internal as well as client discussions. Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and Client, serving as a trusted advisor on commercial banking data and other initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for additional value-added services and drive business development efforts to expand our footprint within the client organization.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification/Skillset Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in BFSI, with a focus on banking and financial services.
- Effectively manage a team of 7 to 8 members
- Deep understanding of banking data architecture, including data modeling, warehousing, and visualization tools.
- Strong expertise in advanced analytics techniques, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.
