B2B Sales - SaaS/ORM Services - 2+ Years - Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  3. Identifying new business opportunities by leveraging industry networks and attending events.
  4. Continuously optimizing sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and products are refined.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  2. Strong end to end B2B sales exposure in Saas/ Product Sales or CRM/ ORM/ Software Solution Sales. Also, sales experience in Social Media Intelligence/ Online Reputation Management domain is a plus.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets with a strong sales methodology.
  4. Established network in customer service or related industries.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  6. Strategic thinker with the ability to align sales strategies with business goals.
