Branch Relationship Manager - Direct Channel - 5+ years - Moradabad

Summary: We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our team as Branch Relationship Manager. This role will focus on managing and developing a team, ensuring service-to-sales growth, and achieving sales and service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment & Team Management: Identify, interview, and select sales executives in collaboration with HR. Supervise and manage a team of sales executives, focusing on enhancing sales productivity and achieving service targets.
2.Sales & Performance: Ensure the achievement of productivity measures like premium per executive, case rate, persistency, and retention. Support sales executives in exceeding planned productivity standards.
3.Joint Field Work & Training: Conduct joint field work with sales executives, demonstrating successful selling skills, and conducting regular performance reviews (PRP).
4.Lead Management: Effectively manage, track, and convert leads provided by the in-house telemarketing unit. Ensure that all executives perform according to company guidelines, including compliance, need-based selling, and customer service.
5.Customer Service: Engage with customers, resolve queries promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in resolving policyholder complaints and managing the retention of relationships.
6.Team Development: Educate and mentor your team, guiding them on company's products and market strategies to help them make informed decisions.
Requirements:
1.Educational Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)
2.Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in handling sales reps, agents, or DSAs
3.Skills:
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to motivate and supervise a team effectively
In-depth knowledge of the local market
Excellent sales acumen and result orientation
Disciplined, structured, and process-driven approach
