Summary: As the Business Development & Marketing Manager, you will co-lead our business development and marketing initiatives alongside Practice Leaders and external marketing/PR agencies. This role requires travel within the MENA/APAC region, with a primary focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
1-Business Development:
a.Build a robust pipeline of leads on a continuous basis.
b.Collaborate with Practice Leaders to create compelling pitch documents for various service offerings.
c.Write proposals and ensure timely submissions in collaboration with Practice Leaders.
d.Establish and maintain partnerships with other consulting firms for collaborative opportunities.
e.Achieve quarterly sales targets while maintaining profitability.
2-Marketing:
a.Develop and implement an annual sales and marketing plan.
b.Promote the "Brand Acuvon" among various stakeholders.
c.Execute digital outreach to target audiences through content-rich media (video, audio, podcasts, email, etc.).
d.Build a strong digital presence for senior practice leaders.
e.Generate qualified leads through digital channels to meet quarterly targets.
f.Maintain a comprehensive database of clients and prospective clients.
Requirements:
1-MBA in Marketing from a premier business school.
2-5+ years of experience in Business Development & Marketing, with at least 2 years in management consulting or B2B services.
3-Experience in the Middle East region is a plus.
4-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
5-Strong understanding of management consulting principles.
6-Proficient presentation skills.
