We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive – Vending to lead account acquisition, customer retention, and business throughput initiatives in the vending function. As an Individual Contributor, you will play a critical role in driving financial outcomes and delivering exceptional customer service in line with our business objectives.

Responsibilities –

  1. Account Acquisition: Generate leads, conduct demos, and close new accounts within company guidelines.

  2. Customer Retention: Ensure a high machine retention rate through timely supplies and coordination with service teams.

  3. Service Coordination: Manage machine pull-outs and redeployments in collaboration with service teams.

  4. Machine Tracking: Ensure distributors submit machine availability certifications on time.

  5. Sales Monitoring: Track and drive monthly average sales per machine to meet secondary business throughput targets.


Requirements –

  1. Graduate with 4–5 years of experience in the vending function.

  2. Proven commercial acumen with the ability to independently source and manage large accounts.

  3. Strong customer service orientation with hands-on problem-solving skills.

  4. Ability to coordinate across teams and manage service-related deliverables.

  5. Proficient in reporting, tracking, and achieving defined business metrics.
