Responsibilities:
1. Driving sales growth by acquiring new corporate clients, affinity groups, and associations for Group Business products.
2. Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
3. Expanding the corporate business portfolio through MLI Agents, IMFs, and corporate agents.
4. Managing corporate empanelment, partnerships with large PSUs, and voluntary tie-ups to increase profitability.
5. Monitoring market trends, competitor insights, and sales activity to enhance business strategies.
6. Maintaining client databases, sales reports, and lead management tools for effective tracking and engagement.
Requirements:
1. 6+ years of experience in Group Term Life Insurance or the broader insurance industry.
2. Strong expertise in corporate sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
5. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate seamlessly across teams.
