Responsibilities:
- Bank Relationship Management:
- Engage with top banks for benchmarking and best practices.
- Manage banking agreements and oversee account reconciliations.
- Projects and Automation:
- Drive impactful projects, including instant pay-outs and real-time bank integration.
- Implement cross-functional Six Sigma quality projects for cost savings.
- Audits, Inspections & Reporting:
- Ensure timely monthly closing and compliance with audit standards.
- Build controls to minimize internal audit observations and manage IRDA audits.
Requirements:
- Graduate or postgraduate (MBA in Finance preferred).
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in finance and banking operations.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, banking regulations, and IRDA compliance.
