Requirements:
Role & Responsibilities
• Conduct progress review meetings with client managers, Site in-charge and key contractors at project site
• Guide & demonstrate client teams through various review mechanisms, SOPs and process disciplines at site.
• Enforce process adherence and escalate deviations.
• Regular monitoring and presenting progress using Microsoft office tools and other proprietary project software
• Conduct buy-in sessions with middle management
• Manage and drive the project in EPC domain (Project Management) for getting the desired results
Required Experience
• Civil & Mechanical Engineers with minimum 3-6 yrs of work experience in Construction, Engineering or Infrastructure industry, Steel, Cement,Petrochemical or other infrastructure projects.
• Candidate MUST have hands-on experience in site construction related activities like civil, structural, piping, mechanical, E&I related works.
• Candidate should have preferably worked on site in remote locations.
Qualification
A. B.Tech/B.E. in Civil & Mechanical from –
1. NIT Trichy/Surathkal/Warangal
2. IIT Madras/Bombay/Delhi/ Roorkee
3. Jadavpur University
4. Vellore Institute of Technology
5. Anna University
B. M. Tech’s from – IIT Madras / Delhi / Bombay NIT Suratkal / Trichy NICMAR Pune
