Cloud DevOps Engineer – 4+ years – DevOps/AWS/Azure – Mumbai
In this role, you will be responsible for Managing and prioritizing assigned tasks collaborating with team members when needed – business projects, change controls, documentation, and vulnerability remediation, etc.
Location- Mumbai (WFO)

Responsibilities-
• Managing and prioritizing assigned tasks collaborating with team members when needed – business projects, change controls, documentation, and vulnerability remediation, etc.
•Maintain, and work proactively on Azure infrastructure and services. CTM services are of a wide variety, and you will work with PaaS and IaaS
•Help mature CI/CD processes and pipelines.
•Troubleshoot issues with networking, Azure infrastructure, and DevOps-related issues
•Organization of priorities and clear, concise documentation
•Provide breakdowns of technical projects into steps with time estimates
•Collaborate with colleagues (development teams, infrastructure, management)
•Azure (and other cloud such as AWS) experience managing large environments
•Configuring and Deploying Azure Services
•Networking, including vnets, private networking, and private endpoints in Azure
•Ability to work with Hybrid-networking scenarios with on-prem to Azure connectivity, VPN
Requirements-
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant proven experience.
• Preference for Domain specific certifications such as, various Azure, AWS, etc.
• Direct involvement with inclucding by not limited to PCI /ISO / SOC compliance audits
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or experience and certifications showing required knowledge
• 4-5 years of experience with Azure Cloud (Cloud DevOps)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Comfortable working on multiple projects and issues simultaneously
• Demonstratable desire to learn and remain current with technical knowledge
• Experience with Azure PaaS services such as Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB
Expectations :
• Strong understanding of cloud and on premises technology
• Ready to work in Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Accountable for ensuring SLA adherence with on time ticket acceptance and closures.
• Responsible to manage cloud infrastructure, security.
• General knowledge of using IAM, including service principals, managed identities, configuring and using Azure AD Apps
• Must be knowledgable in best practices
• Identify misconfigurations and unoptimized service plans
• Make recommendations to management, and providing a cost/benefit comparison.
• Contribution to a centralized documentation repository.
• Participated in ITIL change management processes.
• Manage maintenance window tasks, document impacts, and communicate with stakeholders
• Expert level technical troubleshooting and problem solving
