Controls Framework Senior Manager/ AVP- 6+ Years- Security Risk Management/  IT Risk/ IT Audit/ ITGC- Mumbai/Pune

As a Technology & Security Risk Management Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating IT and security risks within the business. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while managing third-party risks. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement in risk management processes, support team learning, and ensure the organization’s operational resilience through effective crisis management and governance. Location-Mumbai/Pune

Responsibilities: 

1. Ability to translate technical and risk requirements and specifications into easily understood business concepts and vice versa.
2. Able to determine risk profiles and to be accountable for these judgements and for the business activities undertaken to address them.
3. Ability to build relationships at all levels in the business.
4. Good organisational and system automation skills.
5. Ability to drive activities in collaboration with colleagues in other areas.
6. Excellent communication, verbal and written, and stakeholder management skills.  

Requirement:

1. Experience in Technology and/or security risk management.
2. Proven experience of creating simple but concise and impactful updates/visual presentation from complex data to key stakeholders during times of increased pressure.
3. Demonstrable experience at working within three line of defence model and with senior business and IT stakeholders (e.g. managing directors, directors, Chief information officer, Chief information security officer, Chief operating officer).
