Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 5–10 analytics professionals supporting a key client in the utilities domain
- Engage directly with client leadership to define project roadmaps and strategic vision
- Manage delivery of multiple projects, ensuring business impact and value generation
- Drive insights across business, marketing, customer, and operational analytics
- Oversee end-to-end project execution with a strong focus on continuous improvement
- Mentor team members and support their development through structured learning and coaching
- Use advanced analytics to guide business decisions in areas like pricing, performance, and marketing strategies
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytics and data science roles
- Proven experience in client engagement and stakeholder management, particularly with senior leaders
- Background in consulting and a strong understanding of business analytics
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Python
- Strong statistical and analytical capabilities
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related fields
